Mission and Vision
The mission of Rare Affairs is to help the event planning process run smoothly and less stressful on the host of the events. With contacts in place with vendors that specialize in many different crafts; such as venue rentals, caterers, DJs, cake and desert baker, event decorators and children’s entertainment Rare Affairs takes the vision and budget of the event host and connects them with the vendors they need to make their event come to life.
Everyone knows planning an event requires an extreme amount of work. Many have no idea where to start and look. Rare Affairs does all the hard work for you. All parties will meet to discuss the vision and budget of the event until everyone is agreed. Contracts will be signed by all parties involved to finalize all transactions. The client is responsible for paying Suad Rahman and all vendors the time frame agreed with signed contracts. On the day of the event owner Suad Rahman will be at the venue to insure vendors arrive on time and everything is set up the way is should be and before the event start time, leaving the host to be stress and worry free.She is always be realistic with ideas and budgeting. Once the client gives a budget for the event, Suad will do her best to remain in that limit given. If any extra expense is needed, the client will be notified and will approval will have to be given. Suad’s main focus is to bring the clients vision to life to create elegant and spunky Rare Affair.
